Case Study: 200 Broomielaw

Intelligent design, high-quality workmanship, innovative technology and green electricity; this combination makes 200 Broomielaw one of Glasgow’s most energy-efficient buildings with an EPC A-Rating. See for yourself what this spectacular property, in the city’s best location right on the river, can do.

Creating long-term sustainable values has always been a defining element of AM ALPHA’s corporate culture. “For a family business, thinking and acting across generations is not just a marketing ploy, but something that we are all deeply committed to,” says Managing Director Martin Lemke. This attitude is highlighted at AM ALPHA itself, with its recent climate neutrality certification. “We believe that one always has to start with oneself and that’s exactly what we did. And we have also been working hard to make our product portfolio just as sustainable for a long time. Take 200 Broomielaw: it is the perfect example of how you can turn a building that is getting older and is resource-intensive, into one that is attractive, innovative, sustainable, and credible.”

200 Broomielaw: So diverse, colourful and green
