Thanks to our dedicated on-site real estate professionals around the world and in-depth local knowledge we are able to search through the many offers we source and receive daily in order to select only those that have true potential. Our excellent reputation in and track record with the local communities also ensures we are given access to unique opportunities, more often than not off-market. We only invest in stable metropolitan areas with long-term broad-based tenant and investor demand which is resilient in the face of cyclical fluctuations.
