For our headquarters in Munich we are looking for a:

Working student (m/f/d) specialising in office management

For this role, we are looking for committed individuals who are currently studying at university and want to get to know the field of closed-end property funds in practice.

Your profile:

  • University degree specialising in business administration/economics or another subject area
  • Ability to work under pressure, commitment and flexibility as well as strong organisational skills
  • Affinity for organising and coordinating administrative processes in the back office
  • High level of trustworthiness, reliability and enjoyment in dealing with people as well as a high degree of service orientation
  • Independent working style, detail-orientation, commitment and hands-on mentality
  • Quick thinking with the ability to complete tasks quickly and reliably in a demanding environment
  • Friendly, self-confident demeanour and strong communication skills 
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, other foreign languages an advantage

Your role:

  • Office organisation and management, e.g. coordination of service providers
  • Organisation of internal and external events
  • Administration of travel arrangements, bookings and invoicing 
  • Communication with customers and partners
  • Correspondence in German and English
  • Preparation of presentation documents
  • List maintenance and support in the creation of presentations, statistics, reports and mailings
  • Supporting the team in day-to-day business and special projects
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and responsibility for the telephone switchboard
  • Coordinating, organising and arranging appointments and video conferences
  • Organisation of customer reception and catering, including preparation and follow-up of conference rooms
