Our Asia Pacific HQ based in Singapore is currently looking for a Singapore-based professional to manage and monitor the performance of the Group’s investments in the Asia Pacific region. Flexibility to travel or be based overseas will be required. We are looking to recruit a:

Senior Analyst / Associate for Investement / Asset Management (m/f/d) 

 

 

 

Your profile:

  • Degree in Real Estate Investment, Business & Finance or related fields
  • At least 2-5 years of relevant working experience; prior experience in the real estate industry, real estate fund or investment related environment across Asia Pacific will be an advantage  
  • Team player who is able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Inquisitive, analytical, meticulous and able to multi-task and conscientiousness about meeting deadlines
  • Ability to travel at short notice will be added advantage

You will:

  • Maintain the research database, and update transaction / rental comparison data or any necessary database on an ongoing and timely basis.
  • Perform financial analysis / investment underwriting and prepare approval documentation required for potential acquisitions to ensure a seamless investment management process.  
  • Monitor the assets’ performances and implement asset plans such as preparing annual property budgets, stabilizing the assets for income generation; initiating or completing asset enhancement works and value optimization in preparation for divestment.   
  • Conduct and prepare market study reports, progress updates, risk and compliance reports and presentations including investor relations materials in an accurate and timely manner. 
  • Attend to day-to-day operations including managing various service providers to meet fund reporting requirements and achieve the company’s goals and desired outcomes for the investors. 
  • Other works as assigned by the reporting manager(s) for business operations.
