In order to continue our success story, for our Munich office we are looking to recruit a:
Junior Investment Manager (m/f/d)
Your profile:
- Completed university studies, preferably with a focus on real estate management, business administration/commerce or technical studies with supplementary further education in business studies
- First professional experience (at least 2 years) in real estate investment management, ideally with a private equity background
- Transaction experience in European markets
- Excellent analytical and conceptual understanding (analytical methods, processes, projects) as well as strong communication and presentation skills
- Independent working style characterised by an entrepreneurial approach
- High level of social competence and enjoyment of working in a team
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
You will:
- Support in the development of investment strategies and deal sourcing in diverse European real estate markets
- Analysis of property documents in the course of acquiring properties and project developments
- Preparation of cash flow modelling, business and financial plans as well as sensitivity analyses
- Participation in the cross-border structuring and financing of investments
- Carrying out commercial due diligence and management of further property inspections with the help of external partners, including purchase contract negotiations
- Support with financing inquiries
- Definition and implementation of the post-closing agenda
