AM ALPHA started as a family office in 2006 and has grown into a major real estate investment manager in Europe and Asia. To continue our success story, we are looking to recruit a new member of staff with immediate effect for our Luxembourg office:

Fund Accountant (m/f/d) in full-time

 

In this role, you will be the interface to our investment managers and to other Competence Centers and take on relevant tasks on your own responsibility.

Your profile:

  • At least 3 years professional accounting experience, preferably in an international Real estate environment
  • Sound knowledge of Lux GAAP accounting principles
  • Proficient use of MS Office
  • Able to work in an organized and structured manner with attention to detail, whilst remaining flexible and able to prioritize workload to deliver to deadlines 
  • Strong communication skills, be self-motivated and a team player
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English and German, French would be a plus
  • Willing to travel occasionally 

Your area of responsibility:

  • Accounting / Controlling of self-managed Real Estate Funds and underlying entities
  • Reconciliation of external HoldCo/PropCo accounts against business plan
  • Preparation of year-end financial statements (Lux GAAP)
  • Coordinate and review ongoing tax topics for above mentioned companies.
  • Prepare quarterly management and statutory reports
  • Liquidity management and appropriate file management
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with our internal and external clients and service providers
  • Administrative / operational tasks within our Luxembourg branch
  • Collaborate in the design and optimization of related processes
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects
