Sustainability is not only an integral part of our corporate strategy but is also reflected in our ESG approach in our global property portfolio, which we continuously develop in line with the "Manage to Green" principle.

The forest as a classroom

Woodlands significantly contribute to climate protection, as each hectare absorbs an annual average of eight tonnes of CO2. The "WaldLife" initiative, which AM ALPHA supports, emphasises the forest as a multi-faceted ecosystem and its importance for climate protection by making it a tangible experience for everyone.
