Active asset management yields results

Since the acquisition in early 2019, and despite the pandemic-related uncertainties in 2020 and 2021, AM ALPHA has renegotiated leases with some key tenants and secured lease term extensions or expanded leased space. At the same time, the food court was repositioned with a new mix of different restaurants. 

All in all, active asset management, in combination with intensified marketing activities, has led to a significantly improved letting situation. AM ALPHA has created considerable added value through this development. Today, BPlanet is one of the best-known retail parks in Portugal.
