20, Rue de la Banque: Office premise in prime Paris location
In 2021, AM ALPHA acquired the office building 20, Rue de la Banque, situated in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, for a multi-investor pension fund. The revitalisation of the office property located in the heart of Paris was completed in spring 2024, and the property was successfully positioned on the market. Over the two years, the Haussmann-style building with its historic façade was completely overhauled and adapted to the requirements of today's working world.
