In order to continue our success story, for our Munich office we are looking to recruit a:
Portfolio Analyst (m/f/d)
Your profile:
- A successfully completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering, mathematics, business informatics or a comparable field
- 3–5 years’ relevant professional experience in an analytical role (e.g. portfolio, investment, asset or financial analysis, controlling, consulting)
- Ideally, experience in the property sector (asset, portfolio or transaction analysis), though not essential
- Proven excellent Excel skills (complex models, scenario and sensitivity analyses) and very good MS Office skills; VBA / Power Query an advantage; strong IT aptitude
- Very strong analytical, structured and conceptual thinking
- High standards of quality, accuracy and a sense of responsibility for figures and models
- Independent, conscientious and results-oriented approach to work with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Very good written and spoken German and English
Your professional challenge:
- Analysis and valuation of property assets and portfolios at both individual property and portfolio level
- Review, validation and quality assurance of business plans, cash flow models, forecasts and asset reviews
- Preparation of scenario, sensitivity and ad hoc analyses
- Support with decision-making documents, management reports and presentations for senior management, investors and financing partners
- Further development, maintenance and quality assurance of cash flow, analysis and reporting models
- Close collaboration with Investment Management, Asset Management, Fund Management, Controlling and Finance
- Contribution to the automation and further development of analytical processes
