In order to continue our success story, for our Munich office we are looking to recruit a:
Junior Asset Manager (m/f/d) International Real Estate Portfolio

Your profile:
- Relevant qualification in the property sector, e.g. training as a property specialist, business studies or comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience in property asset management
- Additional experience in transactions and/or property management would be an advantage
- Focus on office and retail is an advantage
- Independent working style characterised by an entrepreneurial approach
- High level of social skills and enjoy working in a team
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
You will:
- Liquidity planning, target/actual comparisons and reporting for an international property portfolio
- Support in the creation of business plans
- Management of external service providers
- Support with strategic and operational property management
- Support in the management of remodelling and maintenance measures
