In order to continue our success story, for our Munich office we are looking to recruit a:

HR Manager (m/f/d) 

 

We are looking for a personality who enjoys driving forward our international company growth through innovative personnel work. In this exciting role, you will report directly to the management and have the opportunity to further develop the HR department and contribute your ideas on organizational development and corporate culture. If you enjoy working with a mix of operational and strategic personell topics and want to make a difference, then we should get to know each other.

Your profile:

  • Business Adminstration degree with a focus on human resources or organisational psychology or commercial qualification or relevant further education in the field of HR development
  • At least five years of relevant practical experience in human resources management
  • Initial experience with organisational and employee development preferred 
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Service oriented, flexible and with an affinity for agile working methods
  • High level of trustworthiness, reliability and enthusiasm for dealing with people
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken 
  • Confident using MS Office and the usual HR tools 
     

Your role:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the employee life-cycle for approx. 50 employees (except payroll)
  • Recruiting & Employer Branding (active sourcing, applicant handling, managing external service providers, content for the career site, etc.)
  • Advising and supporting the management, executives and employees in all HR-relevant and labour law issues
  • Further development of processes and structure for HR
  • HR projects on topics such as organisational development & corporate culture
  • Steering of the process of annual target setting and target achievement discussions
  • Occasional support on personnel issues at our international locations
